Here are the keynotes for the coming Sundays:

• Tomorrow 1/31 is the deadline for the Board Nomination. Please see attached letter from Coral Shen, the Chairwoman of SDHXCS BoD & the 2018-2019 Nominating Committee. The Nomination Form follows the letter. Please take this opportunity to nominate your desired BoD member

• Congratulations to Grace He （何奇琪CR3-1）and Cindy Liang (梁宓昱CH5-1) who were awarded Honorable Mention in the final of the 7^th Annual US Chinese Essay Contest for Youth, which was hosted by the China Press in the New York City on 1/19/2019. http://world.people.com.cn/n1/2019/0121/c1002-30579097.html

• PTA is calling for a room-parent meeting this Sunday (2/3) to collect feedback for the CNY festival and plan for future events. All the parents are welcome to join. Morning: 10:00 – 11:00; Afternoon: 1:30 – 2:30 at F-209. Light snacks will be served

• We scheduled one more (last one) CNY festival tickets redemption this Sunday (2/3) at office F-212 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please wrap tickets in 50s with a rubber band to expedite the redemption process

• Thank you for submitting your drawings for 2019 SDHXCS CNY festival. All the participants are rewarded. If you have not received your gift card, this Sunday (2/3) is your last chance at our office F-212

• The coming Sunday will be your last chance to pick up your Penmanship Contest trophy （写字比赛奖杯） at office F-212 if you have not yet

• Enrichment class half-year registration is open to certain classes. This is the opportunity for students not enrolled in any enrichment classes for the first semester.
