San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Enrichment Program 2017-2018 Registration Policy
Online Registration: Begins 7/1/2017.
Onsite Registration: If you pay by check/money order, please turn in your payment and online registration confirmation to office on 8/27, 9/10, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. (9/17 first class meet).
Location: Room F-212, Miramar College, 10440 Black Mountain Rd. San Diego,CA92126.
Course Schedule: September 17, 2017 - May 20, 2018.
Class Time: Two sessions: May have more class time beside what indicates below.
• Morning class: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
•Afternoon class: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Multiple classes are allowed for each student as long as schedule permits.
Tuition: Student enrolled in Chinese program - as indicated in the program schedule;
Student not enrolled in Chinese program - add $100 surcharge.
Method of Payment: Online payment with Visa/MasterCard is preferred. If pay by check / money order, please write a separate check/money orderfor each student, payable to SDHXCS, mail it with a copy of the application. The school is not responsible for checks lost in mail, or delayed registration due to such incident. A $30 charge is automatically imposed to the total amount for each bounced check.
Payment must be received on or before 1st class meet.
For payment made in the 1st class meet (9/17), please submit it to the instructor.
Refund Policy: No refund , prorate or change of class after 1st class meet begins. Please read course descriptions and check course videos on school website before registering.
Teaching Language: English or Chinese at the instructor's choice.
Class Capacity: As indicated in the program.
Cancellation: Class maybe cancelled if enrollment is low. Class schedules maybe altered due to room availability. In either situation, tuition maybe fully refunded upon request.
