San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Bilingual Program 2021-2022 Registration Policy

Online Registration:    Begins 4/25. Current students must complete registration by May 16 to avoid $50 renewal fee. After August 1st, an additional $50 late fee applies to all.

User Name/Password:  Current student username (student ID) is same as 2020-2021, password is reset to the student’s birthdate in the format of YYYYMMDD. No username is needed for new students’ registration. New student registration link is here .

Eligibility:                    years + by September 2021.

Class Schedule:           Sundays( refer to 2021_2022 SDHXCS calendar).

                         Afternoon class:            1:30 p.m. - 3:20 a.m.   Enrichment class: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.     

                         • Wednesday class:          7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.    (online class)

Registration fee:     Not refundable.Applies to the current students if registration received after May 16, 2021.

                                       Check payment must be accompanied with online registration confirmation slip. One check one student, payable to SDHXCS. The school is not responsible for checks lost in mail, or delayed registration due to such incident. A $30 charge is automatically imposed to the total  amount for each bounced check.

Registration Priority:   The current students enjoy priority if registration completed by midnight, May 16, 2021. For new students, enrollment is on first come first served basis, when space is available.

Refund Policy:            The last day for refund is by midnight, September 26, 2021 (request received via email).

                                     $30 processing fee plus $30 per week will be deducted regardless the actual attendance of the student.

Withdraw:                  Fill out online withdraw form and forward withdrawal confirmation to school management.
