San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Credit Program 2026-2027 Registration Policy

Online Registration:

Current student registration begins April 12. Current students must complete registration before May 10 to avoid $50 registration fee. After July 20, an additional $50 late fee apply to all.

Placement Test:

6^th graders could enroll in Level II class with a passing score to the placement test. If you want to take a placement test, please register the Credit Program as instructed in this policy and register to take the placement test in a separate notice.

User Name/Password:

Current student username (student ID) is same as prior year. New student registration begins on May 11 here. Please allow 48 hours before your new account is approved.

Eligibility:

Students of 6th grade or higher with basic Chinese skills

Class Schedule:

( refer to 2026_2027 SDHXCS calendar)

Sunday onsite classes at Miramar College campus

• Morning class: 9:30 am - 1:00 pm

• Afternoon class: 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Tuesday online classes (minimum enrollment 10 students/class)

• Evening class: 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Registration Priority:

The current students enjoy priority if registration completed by midnight, May 10, 2026. For new students, enrollment is on first come first served basis, when space is available.

Refund Policy:

The last day for refund is by midnight, September 20, 2026 (online withdraw form submitted and received). $150 processing fee plus $50 per week ($70/week for AP) will be deducted regardless the actual attendance of the student.

The refund requests will be processed by 10/1/2026 and the refund will be back to your credit card before 10/15/2026.
