Ø  采用网上付费方式,快捷便利,一次成功,无需再多手续。使用信用卡的回馈对您是一个奖励!

Ø  网上付费后收据会自动送到您所填写的邮箱。请将此收据保留至2017-2018学年结束,以备日后查询或更改之用。如未收到收据,请检查trash /spam

Ø  请勿在网上退款!如有任何原因需要退费,请参照下面“信息更改”。

Ø  如果您有特殊原因确实无法使用信用卡,也可以选择支票及汇票(MoneyOrder) 方式付费。

信息更改:

Ø  尚未登陆过学校网站的学生,请向您的任课老师询问密码;

Ø  忘记密码的可使用在线找回。密码重置链接会寄至学生信息栏中的私人信箱;

San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School 2017-2018 Registration Instruction

Stop!   Please read the Regular Program ,Credit Program Registration ,and Enrichment ProgramPolicy before registering.  The Policies can be found at the upper right corner of this page.

Pay online:

Ø Online payment is fast, easy, and convenient. Enjoy a reward from the credit card company as well!

Ø  An auto receipt will be send to your email address immediately. Please keep the receipt till the end of the 2017-2018 school year in case you need it.  Check your trash/spam if you don't see the auto receipt.

Ø  Do Not apply for online refund! Refund can only be done, upon request, by the Administration. Please refer to below " Update Information".

Ø  If, in special circumstance, you are unable to pay by credit card, you may choose payment by check or money order.

Ø  If you have to pay by check / money order payment, please print out the completed application from the confirmation (in your email box), mail it together with the check to: SDHXCS, PO Box 928338, San Diego, CA 92192. Registration is complete only after payment is received.

Update Information:

Ø  Before click "Submit" button, please check thoroughly to make sure all info is correct.

Ø  To prevent multiple registration, the system will not accept the same application again once it has been successfully submitted.

Ø  Should the information in the application needs to be updated after submission(i.e. change program, grade level, class time, withdraw, etc.),  please fill out Registration Update /Withdraw Request .

Current Students:

Ø  Your username and password should be the same as of 2016-2017.

Ø  If you have never logged in before and don't know your username and password, please contact your teacher.

Ø  Forgotten password can be retrieved online. The reset URL will be sent to the student's email box.

San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Regular Program 2017-2018 Registration Policy

Online Registration:    Begins 4/16. Deadline for current student is 5/14 before registration fee applies.

Onsite Registration:     If you pay by check/money order, please turn in your payment and online registration confirmation to office on 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 8/27, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Eligibility:                    years +.

Class Schedule:           Sundays, at Miramar College ( refer to 2017_2018 SDHXCS calendar).

                   Two sessions:

             Morning class:           9:30 a.m. - 11:20 a.m.   Enrichment class: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.   

             Afternoon class:         1:30 p.m. - 3:20 p.m.    Enrichment class: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

If pay by check / money order, please writeseparate check/money order for each student, payable to SDHXCS, mail it with a copy of the application. The school is not responsible for checks lost in mail, or delayed registration due to such incident. A $30 charge is automatically imposed to the total amount for each bounced check.

San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Enrichment Program 2017-2018 Registration Policy

Online Registration:    Begins 7/1/2017. 

Onsite Registration:     If you pay by check/money order, please turn in your payment and online registration confirmation to office on 8/27, 9/10, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  (9/17 first class meet).

Location:                     Room F-212, Miramar College, 10440 Black Mountain Rd. San Diego,CA92126.

Course Schedule:         September 17, 2017 - May 20, 2018.

Class Time:                  Two sessions: May have more class time beside what indicates below. 

                         Morning class:  11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.        

                         Afternoon class: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. 

                         Multiple classes are allowed for each student as long as schedule permits. 

Tuition:                       Student enrolled in Chinese program - as indicated in the program schedule;

                                    Student not enrolled in Chinese program - add $100 surcharge. 

Method of Payment:    Online payment with Visa/MasterCard is preferred. Refund Policy:             No refund , prorate or change of class after 1st class meet begins. Please read course descriptions and check course videos on school website before   registering.

Teaching Language:   English or Chinese at the instructor's choice.    

Class Capacity:           As indicated in the program.    

Cancellation:              Class maybe cancelled if enrollment is low. Class schedules maybe altered due to room availability. In either situation, tuition maybe fully refunded upon request.
